What you'll do?
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone while keeping every touchpoint relevant and respectful of the prospect’s time
• Manage lead lists through ICP research, ensuring a full and consistently replenished pipeline
• Operate and maintain the outreach tech stack (CRM, sequencing tools, calling tools) and iterate based on results
• Write and test outreach copy across subject lines, email sequences, LinkedIn messages, phone and refining based on reply data
• Be comfortable with networking and researching people to understand their priorities and challenges
• Keep the pipeline clean, documented, and up to date in HubSpot with no gaps or stale records
• Track outreach performance weekly (sent, open rate, reply rate, meetings booked) and adjust what isn’t working
• Run account research and build personalized outreach for priority targets in pharma, biotech, and Clinical Research Organizations
• Support the team with conference and event outreach/research including pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for outreach volume, lead generation, and meetings booked
Who would be the right fit for this position?
• 1-2 years of proven experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound role in B2B, business outsource OR a newly grad who is ready to build a career in life sciences
• Comfortable owning and operating a sales tech stack including CRM, sequencing, and calling tools
• Comfortable making a cold call, or at least willing to learn
• Strong sense of when to follow up and being able to understand how to provide value through a follow up. (Example: create a short screen recording to explain the value in 60 seconds)
• Good copywriting instincts - you write outreach that feels human and tells a story
• Analytical enough to track your own numbers and make decisions based on trajectory
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage directors and C-level decision-makers
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a flexible environment. (Example: sometimes you would have to reply to a lead in the evening)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
Nice to have:
• Additional languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus
